Overall a fine stay for the price. Clean hotel in a nice building not far from VA for a long weekend of battlefield tours, the grounds and the historic area. Well-maintained and brand-new rooms with a king-sized bed, so-so WiFi. Costs US$ 141. Pretty friendly staff and management. Painless check in and simple check out.

Nice, clean place to spend the night in transit. My room had been recently updated. Bed was comfortable. WIfi worked well. Room as nice and clean as an 9+ rated I've been. Common areas nice but small. Not the cheapest but this one truly is "best value".

Convenient to walk to restaurants nearby. We stayed at another ABVI in Alabama and found it good also. Would stay again. Enjoy the couch to watch tv on. Good to have the refrigerator and microwave. Used both.
My husband is diabetic and the continental breakfast does not work with him. He is not a cereal eater for breakfast and sweet rolls of any sort doesn't work. I always get juice and then we go to a nearby place and get him a breakfast with egg and meat. This is a comment about any continental breakfast, not just here.

Got a clean and immaculate room with a comfortable bed. - the location was perfect for exploring Fredericksburg, as it was very close to the University of Mary Washington's two campuses and the historic battlefields of Fredericksburg, Chancellorsville, Spotsylvania, and Wilderness.
